Refund policy

Must be at least 18 years of age to place an order.

Return Policy:

• We guarantee full credit for all defective products. You may return defective products up to 14 days after you receive the product. No refunds will be allowed after 14 days. All products will need to be returned in the original shipping carton with all items unopened. All returns will need a Return Authorization number (RA#) before they can be accepted back. • Items that do not have defects or not damaged, can be returned within the 14 days of receiving your order. Shipping these items back will be at the customer's expense.

• Closeout items cannot be returned unless defective.
